With 2 decades of experience in the HVAC industry, Rory brings extensive technical expertise and leadership to the Highrise Adelaide team. Beginning his career in 2005, he completed his Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in 2009 and has since worked across a broad range of commercial projects, including mining operations, commercial fit-outs, and high-rise residential developments, as well as service and maintenance for government facilities.

Rory also ran his own HVAC business for 5 years, gaining valuable experience in project management and client relations. His career journey includes 2 years abroad managing restaurants, which broadened his leadership skills and provided a fresh perspective outside the trade. More recently, he spent 18 months in Western Australia enhancing his refrigeration knowledge before returning to South Australia with renewed focus.

Passionate about continuous learning and high industry standards, Rory is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and delivering high-performing HVAC systems.
