The Role
We are a fast-growing commercial mechanical services contractor delivering large-scale HVAC and building services projects across Melbourne and Adelaide.
Due to continued project wins and strong growth, we are establishing an in-house electrical division and are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and build this function.
This is a rare opportunity for the right person to step into a genuine leadership role from day one, with the ability to shape systems, build a team, and grow a profitable division within a highly respected contractor.
Requirements
The Role
Lead the delivery of electrical works associated with commercial mechanical services installations• Initially work on the tools while establishing standards, processes and supplier relationships• Supervise electrical subcontractors and coordinate labour across multiple projects• Assist with pricing, planning and programming electrical scopes• Liaise with project managers, builders, consultants and site teams• Contribute to commissioning, testing and compliance processes• Play a key role in building and expanding the electrical division
About You
A-Grade Electrician with strong commercial construction experience• Proven ability to lead or supervise trades on site• Experience with mechanical services electrical (controls, BMS interfaces) highly regarded• Able to read drawings, plan works and operate independently• Professional, organised and motivated to take ownership• Ambition to grow into a senior leadership position
