The Role
Highrise Commercial is a fast-growing commercial mechanical contractor delivering HVAC projects across Melbourne and Adelaide.
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our Highrise Commercial division, working closely alongside our existing bookkeeper.
This role is based in our Malvern head office and would suit someone who enjoys working within a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Accounts payable and receivable• Project invoicing and progress claims• Bank reconciliations and financial records• Supporting payroll processing• Job costing and project financial tracking• Assisting with monthly reporting and BAS preparation
About you
Bookkeeping experience within construction or a subcontractor business• Strong experience with Construction management Software such as Procore and MYOB• Highly organised with strong attention to detail• Comfortable working within a fast-paced project environment• Located within a reasonable distance of Malvern
