The Role
Highrise Commercial is expanding into Adelaide, and we’re building the foundation team. With major commercial projects already underway, we’re looking for an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic who is ready to step up, lead on-site, and shape the next chapter of our growth.
You’ll work closely with our local Project Manager and be backed by a national contractor that’s all about smart systems, long-term opportunity, and a genuine team-first culture.

Requirements
Strong experience in commercial refrigeration install
Ability to lead small projects and work unsupervised
Confident mentoring apprentices and younger trades
Solid communication, site leadership and teamwork
Willing to support across mechanical install when needed
A sharp eye for detail and pride in a job well done
