The Role
We're looking for a dynamic Estimation & Business Development Manager to help take us to the next level.
The Opportunity
If you’re commercially savvy, love a good challenge, and want to lead from the front — this role is for you.
You’ll lead our mechanical estimating efforts while growing key client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping drive the strategic growth of the business. You’ll work directly with company leadership and have real influence over where we go next.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle mechanical/HVAC estimating for commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare sharp, competitive tenders and cost plans aligned with client needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, engineers, and project managers.
Proactively identify new project leads and convert opportunities into wins.
Manage and engage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and value.
Represent Highrise Mechanical at key industry events and networking functions.
Work closely with leadership and project teams to align delivery and pricing strategy.
Report on sales pipeline, bid success rates, and margin performance.

Salary & Commission Structure
Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
Commissions: Uncapped, based on project wins, client growth, and revenue/margin performance.
Requirements
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in mechanical/HVAC estimating and/or business development.
Proven success delivering tenders and costings for commercial and industrial projects.
Strong network within construction or building services (highly desirable).
Top-tier communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercial acumen with a strategic, growth-driven mindset.
Familiarity with estimating software (Procore and Excel).
