HVAC Draftsperson / Mechanical Engineer

We’re looking for a HVAC Draftsperson / Mechanical Engineer to join our team as we continue our exponential growth.

• Project Variety – Work on a diverse range of projects, including aged care, office fit-outs, new builds, multi-residential, and mixed-use developments across two states.

Your role will include:

• Collaborating closely with the estimating team to provide cost-saving solutions and value management (VM) options during the tendering process and for newly awarded projects.

• Delivering the complete Design & Construct (D&C) documentation for commercial and multi-residential projects.

• Attending design reviews and coordinating with engineers and project teams to ensure project alignment as required.

• Completing all shop drawings and As-Installed drawings for both upcoming and active projects.

• Ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Collaborating with the project management team, subcontractors, and builders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Upholding our core values of culture, accountability, and reliability in everything you do.

• Utilising HIGHRISE company software like Procore to distribute and store relevant drawings.

• Staying up to date with the latest Australian Building Codes, OH&S compliance, NABERS, Green Star, and other relevant standards.
