We’re looking for a HVAC Draftsperson / Mechanical Engineer to join our team as we continue our exponential growth.

Project Variety – Work on a diverse range of projects, including aged care, office fit-outs, new builds, multi-residential, and mixed-use developments across two states.
Your role will include:
Collaborating closely with the estimating team to provide cost-saving solutions and value management (VM) options during the tendering process and for newly awarded projects.
Delivering the complete Design & Construct (D&C) documentation for commercial and multi-residential projects.
Attending design reviews and coordinating with engineers and project teams to ensure project alignment as required.
Completing all shop drawings and As-Installed drawings for both upcoming and active projects.
Ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Collaborating with the project management team, subcontractors, and builders to ensure seamless project execution.
Upholding our core values of culture, accountability, and reliability in everything you do.
Utilising HIGHRISE company software like Procore to distribute and store relevant drawings.
Staying up to date with the latest Australian Building Codes, OH&S compliance, NABERS, Green Star, and other relevant standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in HVAC Drafting.
Relevant qualifications and certification in Mechanical Engineering.
High-level proficiency in Revit (3D CAD) and Navisworks, Bluebeam experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A keen eye for detail and an attentive nature.
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
A practical, problem-solving mindset to resolve project discrepancies and avoid delays.
A strong sense of pride in your work and a commitment to going the extra mile to meet deadlines.
Experience in commercial construction is highly desirable.
A flexible and innovative approach to your work, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment.
